Dear consignors,
As COVID-19 continues to spread and following the rules and
guidelines setforth by Dubai authorities we had to completely shut down our
stores until further notice as there is nothing more important to us than the
well-being of our community, customers, employees and you.
I want you to know that we are doing all that we can to
support you. The team and I value the decision you took by entrusting us
with your items and I would like to reassure you that your items are in safe
hands and we are doing our level best to leverage this throughout our website,
mobile apps and social media channels.
Unfortunately, logistics is a challenge at this moment, we
are unable to fulfill orders on time and the same goes for consignment
activities (pulling out or adding more items). We will be monitoring the
situation and updating you as soon as we are able to open the store even if
it’s for a couple of hours.
On a higher note, our online sales channels are growing
rapidly, online orders keep coming in, so rest assured that we are still able
to sell your items and you will be paid as usual every Thursday whether the
item was delivered or not.
